There is no single answer, wear life depends on feed hardness, tonnage, and the material grade you are running, but as a working rule, jaw plates and blow bars in continuous duty typically need attention every 4 to 12 weeks, while cone, bowl, and mill liners often run 3 to 6 months before replacement, depending on ore hardness and throughput.

Signs Your Wear Parts Need Replacing
